6. Kubsy Child Safety Standards
Kubsy, developed and operated by KugbaHost, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to every user, profile, message, image, video, link, and other activity on Kubsy.
Prohibited conduct and content
Kubsy strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, sharing, distributing, promoting, facilitating, or attempting to obtain any content or activity involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Sexual content, imagery, recordings, or messages involving a person under 18.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or arranging sexual contact with a child.
- Requests for, links to, or instructions for finding, creating, hiding, or distributing CSAM.
- Sexualized comments, role-play, fantasies, or other exploitative conduct involving children.
- Any attempt to use Kubsy to endanger, exploit, threaten, coerce, or abuse a child.
Age requirement
Kubsy is a dating service intended only for adults aged 18 years and older. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating or using a Kubsy account. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be suspended or removed.
Reporting child safety concerns
Users should use Kubsy’s in-app reporting tools to report suspicious profiles, messages, or content. Child safety concerns may also be reported directly to privacy@kubsy.com with the subject line Urgent Child Safety Report. Please do not email or forward illegal images or videos; instead, provide the username, profile information, message details, and any other non-illegal information that can help us investigate.
Review, enforcement, and reporting
Kubsy may promptly restrict access, remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law-enforcement or child-protection authorities where required or appropriate. Confirmed CSAM will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and reporting obligations.
Child safety point of contact
Google Play and authorized child-safety or law-enforcement organizations may contact KugbaHost, the developer of Kubsy, at privacy@kubsy.com.
7. Delete Your Data
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
To request deletion, email us at privacy@kubsy.com with the subject line Delete My Data.
Once we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your information, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
